Office Manager

Susan Thomas joined IMPACT Recruiting in 2008 as the Office Manager after coming from a background of management, training and executive support. Susan’s responsibilities include Facilities Management, Accounts Payables/Receivable and administration. After impressive company growth and increasing staff, she took on the added responsibility of Human Resources Administrator and maintains employee records, coordinates payroll and administers benefits.

Susan attended Arizona State University. She is actively involved in supporting various charities including animal rescue and adoption.
